This gallery contains commissioned photographic work created with intention and precision. Usage is governed by the terms below.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All images and visual content provided in this gallery are the exclusive intellectual property of Joe Bryant(“Photographer”) and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

Copyright is not transferred under any circumstances.

2. License Grant

Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images strictly for approved, designated purposes related to the original project.

This license does not constitute ownership of the images.

3. Authorized Use

Permitted use includes:

• Marketing and promotion directly related to the photographed subject or property

• Digital and print materials within the agreed scope

• Personal or internal business use (as applicable)

Any use beyond the original scope requires prior written approval.

4. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited without written consent:

• Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of any kind

• Use by third parties not originally licensed

• Commercial use outside the agreed project scope

• Submission to stock libraries or listing platforms beyond intended use

• Use in AI training, datasets, or generative systems

• Any alteration that changes the original integrity of the image

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

5. Third-Party Licensing

No third party—including but not limited to:

• Architects

• Interior designers

• Builders / developers

• Stagers

• Media or publications

may use these images without obtaining a separate license directly from the Photographer.

Clients are responsible for preventing unauthorized distribution.

6. Image Integrity

Images may not be altered, edited, filtered, or manipulated beyond standard cropping or resizing without prior approval.

This includes color changes, retouching, compositing, or AI-based modifications.

7. Payment & Activation of Rights

Usage rights are granted only after full payment has been received.

Until that time, all images remain unlicensed and may not be used.

8. Revocation

The Photographer reserves the right to revoke usage rights if:

• These terms are violated

• Unauthorized usage occurs

• Payment obligations are not met

All usage must cease immediately upon revocation.

9. Unauthorized Use Fees

Any unauthorized use will be billed at three (3) times the standard licensing rate, in addition to any legal fees incurred in enforcing rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Photographer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the images.

All content is provided “as is.”

By accessing, downloading, or using these images, you agree to these Terms of Use.
